Beginning in 2025, youngsters ages 4 to 7 may register with any Little League program without respect to geography or school-related eligibility requirements. A player who is so registered may remain in that league and participate in tournaments throughout his or her Little League career. That right is conditioned on continuous and unbroken participation in that league.

Players with younger siblings that are enrolled in a program within the league will also now be eligible for All Star selection at all levels of play, including the teams that can travel regionally. Again, that right is conditioned on continuous and unbroken participation of the younger sibling within that league.
